I’m Lisa. I’m a healthcare professional with a Kinesiology degree as well as Behavior Change and Personal Training certifications.

I have direct personal experience balancing family priorities with 60-hour work weeks in the healthcare field. In the past, I have relied on emotional eating and counterproductive habits to deal with stress both at work and at home–leading to weight gain. However, I also have first-hand experience of working on small practical changes in order to better manage my weight sustainably. 

This is why I founded Resilience Health & Weight Loss Clinic, to bring together my expertise as a healthcare professional with a compassionate approach thanks to my personal experiences, in order to empower you to reach achievable health goals.
